	Derek T. Diasti, DVM, Chairman of the Board
	Derek T. Diasti is an experienced entrepreneur who has launched a number of successful businesses including Coast Dental Services, Inc. He is chairman of the board of both Intelident Solutions and its subsidiary, Coast Dental Services, Inc. Dr. Diasti is responsible for developing Coast Dental from a single dental practice opened in 1992 in Holiday, Florida, into one of the most highly regarded and successful dental management firms in the United States. Dr. Diasti was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998 for his work in building Coast Dental. In 1998, Coast Dental was named among the "Fastest Growing 100 Companies in America" by Business Week. Today, Coast Dental consists of more than 110 dental practices throughout the Southeast. Dr. Diasti is a philanthropist who believes in giving back to the community. As such, he has been a strong supporter and board member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Lowry Park Zoo and other local community-serving organizations. He is president of the Diasti Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization dedicated to local needs. Dr. Diasti earned a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University.

	Thomas J. Marler is a leader and innovator with extensive experience launching and sustaining successful business ventures. As the chief executive officer of Intelident Solutions and its subsidiary, Coast Dental Services, Mr. Marler is responsible for the day-to-day management of these firms headquartered in Tampa. Mr. Marler engineered the landmark deal with Eastman Kodak that will phase in digital radiography to all Coast Dental offices. Mr. Marler combines a strong educational background with a proven track record. After ten years in key leadership positions with Pacific Bell, he joined the North Florida Region of PrimeCo PCS, and helped introduce a new era in wireless communications by simultaneously launching the largest wireless network in the history of the industry. PrimeCo is now a part of Verizon Wireless, one of the world's leading providers of wireline and wireless communications. As a senior executive with Washington, DC and New York-based Lazard Technology Partners, a leading early-stage venture capital firm that now manages over $400 million, Mr. Marler was involved in the creation and management of information technology and technology-enabled businesses, and lent his expertise to the boards of several companies as they grew into profitable enterprises. Mr. Marler is active in community affairs and serves on the board of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and has lent his expertise to the board of the Metropolitan Ministries. He earned a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth College.

	Donald Kelly is a certified public accountant with more than 35 years of experience as a strategic financial manager in healthcare, technology and manufacturing industries as well as professional employment and accounting firms. Prior to joining Coast Dental in 2007, Mr. Kelly was chief financial officer with the Center for Wound Healing, Inc., a provider of hyperbaric and wound care treatments based in White Plains, NY. Prior to joining Wound Healing, Mr. Kelly was vice president and chief financial officer with TeamStaff, Inc., a leading business outsourcer and professional employer organization. He also held key management and controller positions with Wireless Cable International, a California-based cable provider, Potters Industries Inc., an industrial firm, and International Paper Company, Inc. Mr. Kelly started his accounting career with one of the country's top accounting firms, Ernst & Young. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. Mr. Kelly received a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in finance from Pace University.

	Patricia A. Huie, Officer and General Counsel
	Ms. Huie is a corporate officer and general counsel for Intelident Solutions and Coast Dental Services. As the sole in-house corporate counsel, she is responsible for the management of legal and compliance activities for these companies, their affiliates and approximately 1,000 employees. Ms. Huie was responsible for executing the landmark agreement with Eastman Kodak for digital radiography. She has co-counseled with Holland & Knight on two federal class lawsuits and has expertise in many facets of the law including general, commercial and civil litigation, labor and employment and medical malpractice. Ms. Huie previously practiced with the Tampa firm of Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen. She is an active member of the Ferguson-White American Inns of Court, an organization that fosters excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility and legal skills among members of the legal community. She is a member and previous board member of the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Huie is also active with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Ms. Huie earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in political science and sociology from the University of Vermont and was selected to participate in a pre-law program at King's College in London. Ms. Huie earned a law degree from Boston College Law School. She is a member of the Florida Bar and Massachusetts Bar.

	Michael T. Smith, Officer and Chief Information Officer
	Mr. Smith has over 19 years of experience in information technology and has held key executive information technology positions in public, private, and venture-stage companies. Prior to joining Coast Dental in 2001, Mr. Smith was with Syndeo Corporation in Cupertino, California, where he built the information technology infrastructure and led the systems engineering team in the architecture and design of Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol carrier-grade networks for large telecommunications providers and metropolitan services operators. Prior to Syndeo, Mr. Smith was at Precision Systems, where he was director of information technology and senior network architect. Early in his career at Precision Systems, he developed and later managed development of software for large-scale, real-time, carrier-grade call processing systems. Mr. Smith also worked as a consultant to IBM Global Services, where he implemented a multi-thousand location technology refresh initiative for a national retail firm. In addition, Mr. Smith worked five internships at Honeywell Corporation in the Space Shuttle Flight Control, Software Engineering, and Space Station Flight Control Software groups. Mr. Smith serves on the board of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum and on the advisory board of the College of Technology and Management at Saint Petersburg College. Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida.

During her tenure at Coast, she spearheaded the introduction of several new consumer products, designed a complete change in brand identity and re-engineered the company's core patient loyalty programs, resulting in a 50% increase in program revenues. Ms. Key is an accomplished senior marketing executive who has developed successful market growth initiatives, branding and positioning strategies and business development programs for both Fortune 500 companies and start-up ventures for more than 18 years. Ms. Key played a pivotal role in the growth of Thermoscan, Inc., from a start-up venture to more than $150 million in revenue in five years. Thermoscan is now a part of the international conglomerate, Gillette, Inc., a Proctor & Gamble company. She also helped lead Eli Lilly & Company's successful entry into the multi-billion dollar anti-depressant market with the launch of the drug Prozac. Ms. Key earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma and completed executive coursework at the Harvard Business School.
