Intelident Solutions is growing and has an immediate need for additional office space. To accommodate that need, the corporate headquarters have been relocated to the One MetroCenter building in the Westshore business district.
The restoration of our historic cigar factory located on 1202 N. Howard Avenue is a project with a long timeline due to its complexities. The pace of the restoration will be dictated by prevailing economic conditions. Intelident owns the building and a great deal of land around it that will be used for parking. Intelident is taking the necessary steps to protect its investment and maintain the historic building’s structural integrity so that we can use it for one or more of our business units when the timing is right.
